3. Make a deposit payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
4. We confirm your booking by email.
5. Full payment is due on key pick-up.
6. We refund the deposit on departure.

Methods of Payment:

1. Credit Card
Send your credit card information for the reservation deposit via fax or secure form. We make use of a secure server with SSL encryption for confidential data transfer over the internet.

In case you also choose credit card for the rent payment on arrival in Seville we are forced to pass a 3% bank commission to the client (the reservation deposit is always free of commission).

2. Bank transfer

Please ask for a PRELIMINARY RESERVATION prior to making a bank transfer because it takes several days and we must put the apartment on hold in the meantime.

3. In cash
If you are already in Seville it is also possible to pay the reservation deposit personally in our office.

Handing over Keys:

Arrival time: 15:00-20:00 hours
Departure time: before 11:00 hours
We try to adapt this timetable according to your needs.

Most apartments do NOT provide of a reception, therefore:
1/ Let us know your planned arrival time by EMAIL.
2/ On arrival in Seville, CALL the contact telephone.
3/ We will wait for you at the apartment.

Please bring a copy of your passport.
