The apartment is on the second floor of a building with elevator. A sofa and comfortable dining table are in the living room. The kitchen fully equipped with appliances and washing machine. This is the perfect place to prepare your fresh vegetables, fish and herbs bought just around the corner in the historic Puerta de la Carne Food Market.

Quiet

The living-room window goes to Alejo Fernandez street, which has little car traffic. The bedroom is oriented to a small courtyard and is very quiet. There is a double bed and bathroom en-suite with the bedroom. In the living-room is a supplementary bed and a sofa-bed, as well. Bed linen and towels are provided.
