Apartment located in the third floor of a quiet street which provides two private terraces with straight sights to the Cathedral and the Giralda.

The living area of this attic is constitute by a living room and a dining area. The sofa-bed can be unfolded for an additional guests.

The window on the left, behind the sofa-bed, faces one of the two private terraces of the attic.

The kitchen is in the aisle, which leads to the bedroom and bathroom.

The kichen area also has a table with 4 chairs.

There is a washing machine, dish washer, stove-top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the important kitchen utensils.

The bathroom is next door to the bedroom. It is provided with basin, toilet and shower.

Bedroom with a large double bed of 160x200cm, which is slightly larger than the American "Queen" size. It is provided with a built-in wardrobe and faces the second terrace of the apartment.
