Caballero is a large flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms in the very centre of Seville, located in a pedestrian street, close to the most famous shopping streets.

Quality

The furniture is basically all of wood and of classic style, not from Ikea, each bedroom offers a large wardrobe to store your belongings. There is one air conditioning unit per room. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cooking utensils.

Ideal to relax

The apartment is located on a ground floor, away from the street. Its light sources are windows towards a small interior patio and a window towards the backside of the building in one of the bedrooms. Part of the living room has a glass ceiling which assures more natural light.

Two complete bathrooms

Each bathroom comes with shower, one with a small bathtub inclusive, there are 1 and 2 wash basins and an additional guest toilet accessed from the living room.

Observations

The street is pedestrian and therefore a quiet location, while the bustle of the commercial centre of Seville is at just a few minutes walking distance.

INTERNET:
There is wireless Internet in the apartments. You will receive the access code on your arrival.

SHOPPING:
The famous department store EL CORTE INGLÉS is only 3 minutes away in Plaza del Duque de la Victoria. From the ground floor you can access the large supermarket on the basement level. The most important shopping streets are very close: Sierpes, Tetuan, and Velazquez.

EAT AND DRINK:
Leaving the apartment house to the left, we recommend El Patio de San Eloy for a first beer or drink together with a tapa. Also worth a visit is the nearby La Alacena de San Eloy.

PARKING:
A public underground parking is located on Marquez de Paradas street under the shopping centre in PLAZA DE ARMAS. If you do not know the streets in Seville very well, we recommend to park on arrival at the above mentioned garage, as it has easy access to the inner-city ring road, and is only 8 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
