Asunción is located in the street of the same name, on the west side of the Guadalquivir river. The apartment is at short distance from the old town. Los Remedios is adjacent to Triana and calle Asunción has become pedestrian and each time more attractive during the past years.

Strategical Location

This apartment is ideal for people with car, as it is easier to park in the neighbourhodd along the streets than in the historical centre. The river can be crossed within a few minutes walking. Also the metro and city buses have their stop closeby at Plaza de Cuba. This leaves you the university or technology park La Cartuja within easy reach.

There are two bedrooms, with double bed and twin beds. The bathroom comes with shower. The kitchen is rather small, but includes all appliances for preparing your own meals.

Observations

GROCERIES:
Directly in Asunción street are plenty of shops for any need, as well as supermarkets.

EAT AND DRINK:
In the quarter itself, especially around Plaza de Cuba and República Argentina street you find a wide selection of Tapas bars and restaurants, probably at a better price as in the centre. Crossing San Telmo bridge, you enter directly into the El Arenal quarter which is famous for its countless restaurants and bars. For going out, the best spot is calle Betis, along the river.

PARKING:
There is a public parking at Plaza de Cuba, at the beginning of Asunción street. As mentioned above, in this area you also can park along the streets, where allowed, for free.
