This apartment stays just in the border of the old city walls. The apartment is located close to one of the former gates to the historic city center. At the same time just a sight distance from the entrance door it is possible to contemplate the old roman aqueduct, remains from the roman empire.

Spacious and bright

Luis Montoto is a three-bedroom apartment that arranges its rooms in three different levels, being pretty spacious and bright. Despite the apartment faces a busy street all rooms offers double glazing windows so noise it is not even noticed

Private terrace

In addition the apartment has its own private terrace provided with garden furniture. Straight entrance from the lounge area. From there you can contemplate sights to the Giralda.

Nicely decorated living area

The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, living room (with sofa bed for 2 aditional guest), dining room, three bathrooms (two of them fully equipped) and private terrace. It total up to 8 people can sleep in the place. At five minutes walking distance La Casa de Pilatos is located. Its gardens and patios will make absolutely worthy the visit.

Observations

This is a large and bright flat on the third floor with elevator. It is located on the edge of the historic center, where the old city walls to defend the city were built. The city walls were originally a roman construction but the arabs, centuries later, widen them with defensive purposes. Carmona's Gate where the apartment takes place was demoslished during s. XIX with the expanding of the city. On the opposite direction you will find the old roman aqueduct, remains of the roman empire. They use it to tranport the water all along the city. Nowadays it is still possible to contemplate a few remains of it spread along the city.

EAT AND DRINK:
Along San Esteban street (one-minute walking distance) you can find many tapa's bars where to sit and enjoy traditional andalusian food. At the same time surrounding Murillo's Gardens (5 minutes by foot) and behind them (Barrio de Santa Cruz) you will find at your disposal a large range of different tipical restaurants.

SHOPPING:
In Barrio de Santa Cruz you will find plenty of shops focused of turist in order to buy tipical presents from the city. If you want to go further we recommed you to visit the shooping are of the city located 15 minutes walking distance from he apartment: Tetuan , O'donnel, Velazquez or PLaza del Duque where you will find the main shopping center of the city

PARKING:
Even if it is relatively easy to reach the location by car we do not recommend to look for a parking lot since you will lost many time in case you are lucky enough to find one. Not far from the apartment you have a private parking where to park your car: Jocaral S.A. in Paseo de Catalina de Ribera at one side of Murillo's Gardens
