Terrace equipped with garden furniture. In fall and winter, when there are no leaves on the high trees in front of the building, the terrace has a beautiful view on the Giralda.

Building facade. The house was conceived by the legendary Aníbal González school in 1927, two years before the Ibero-American Exhibition. The Exhibition meant a urban renovation in many areas of Seville.
