The so-called Santa Catalina apartments are three different apartments located few blocks away to each other and they all surround Santa Catalina's Church and Plaza de los Terceros. Equipped with all details and personal style

The aparment has been given a modern style. The living room is provided with sofa, dining area, DVD player and many other amenities. It is a very bright apartment since their windows face the street. With walls painted in different colours and decoration from all over the world, the owner created a personal and cozy atmosphere in this apartment.

Privacy and space

The two floors can be considered as independent from each other, the living room and kitchen are on the lower level, access to the terrace on the upper level. The first bedroom is on the lower level and it is equipped with two single beds. The main room is on the upper level provided with a queen size bed and its own lounge area. Both rooms have their own full bathroom. Santa Catalina II has two double bedrooms plus a sofa bed for two aditional guest, everything arraged in a three level house. Santa Catalina III has two double bedrooms and a beautiful patio.

Beautiful terrace with furniture

Santa Catalina I and II have a private terrace on the top of the apartment, furnished with table, chairs and sunshade. Santa Catalina I has a two-level terrace with an outdoor shower for a comfortable sunbath. Santa Catalina III provides a cozy patio which supplies plenty of natural light to the apartment.

Santa Catalina I: It is an attic arranged in two floors, recently refurbished with its own private two level terrace. It is located in quiet street in thevery center of the city where everything is close by.

Santa Catalina II: It is a two bedroom apartment for up to 6 people arranged in three different floors connected with an spiral staircase. It also has its own private terrace.

Santa Catalina III: It is located in the ground floor of a recently refurbished building having a bright patio inside its walls and a communal swimming pool on the top terrace (pleace check swimming pool schedule).

• Santa Catalina I: duplex, 2 bedrooms, living-room, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, private roof-terrace. Air conditioning.

• Santa Catalina II: three floors, 2 bedrooms, living-room with sofa-bed, kitchenette, 1 full bathroom, private roof terrace.

• Santa Catalina III: ground floor apartment, 2 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, living-room with dining area and interior patio.

• Santa Catalina I: Double bedroom with own sitting area on upper floor. Twin bedroom on entrance floor.

• Santa Catalina II: 1 double bedroom with queen size bed and another double bedroom with two single beds.

• Santa Catalina III:1 double bedroom with queen size bed and another double bedroom with two single beds.

• Bed linen provided in each room.

Living/Dining room

• Santa Catalina I: Satelite-TV and stereo, DVD player, couch plus dining table and chairs

• Santa Catalina II: living room equipped with TV, couch, side table and dining table with chairs.

• Santa Catalina III: living-room and dining area in the same room but clearly separated. Lounge area equipped with TV, couch, side table, dining table and chairs.

Kitchen & Appliances

• Santa Catalina I: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Washing machine located in a junk room on the roof-terrace.

• Santa Catalina II: Kitchen equipped with wasing machine, microwave, toaster, stove top, coffee machine, fridge and kitchen utensils.

• Santa Catalina III: Kitchen equipped with fridge, washing machine, stove top, microwave coffee machine and kitchen utensils. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and most kitchen utensils. Washing machine also available in utility room on first level of roof-terrace

Observations

This is a recently refurbished attic appartment on two floors with a private roof terrace also on two levels. It's located in a quiet street off calle Gerona in the neighbourhood of Santa Catalina, 200m from the church that bears the same name. This is a very central area within walking distance to many of the landmarks in the historical centre of Seville.

The appartment is very well equipped with good quality furniture, satelite-TV, stereo-CD player. There is also terrace furniture, stored in the utility room. There is even an open air shower in the top terrace to cool down in hot summer days. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and upper bedroom is large with own sitting area for more privacy.

CONDITIONS:
1/ No smoking appartment. You may smoke outside on the roof terraces.
2/ Not suitable for small children (no banister in one section of the stairs leading to upper level).
3/ There is one person entrusted by the owner, who looks after the plants in the terrace. Specially in the summer months this person will need to water the plants regularly. Day and time of his visits will be agreed on arrival. This applies mainly to longer stays.

SHOPPING:
The next supermarket is on the Plaza Padre Jerónimo de Cordoba, behind the Santa Catalina church. A market hall is on the Plaza de la Encarnación, at 5 min walking distance.
The comercial center with the streest Sierpes, Tetuan and Valezquez ist also at 5 min distance.

EAT AND DRINK:
A must-see: the oldest tapas bar of Seville El Rinconcíllo, only a few meters from the apartment. Afterwards and just next door, we recommend for the second and third tapa: La Giganta.
Also close by and tasty: Coloniales, at Plaza Cristo de Burgos.

PARKING:
The next parking is in Escuelas Pias street, next to the Santa Catalina church, 4 min walking distance from the apartment. Another one close by is at the edge of Santa Angela street with Plaza San Pedro (3 min).
If you can find a place, you can also park on one of the surrounding streets, for free.

Prices include water and electricity at the daily rates. For a one week stay, or longer, we bill the electricty consumption extra, according counters (0,10 Euros /KWh).
