The Santa Catalina apartments are located in the city center of Seville, barely 7 minutes walking distance to the shopping area. The apartments are close to Santa Catalina church, which is in Gothic-Mudejar style. Its construction dates to the fourteenth century and has been built on the rests of a former mosque.

On the first level of this duplex there is the living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. On the second level is the main bedroom, another bathroom and a two level terrace.

The living room is furnished with a couch, dining table and chairs. There are also other complementary accessories like coffee table, DVD player and audio system.
