Living-room with sofa and dining table. As you can see, the Alejo Fernandez apartment is NEW and MODERN. The cleaning and maintenance is done by the owners themselves to very high standards.

The living room window goes to Alejo Fernandez street, which has hardly any car traffic. The double glazed window closes well and we consider the apartment quiet.

Bedroom with double bed. There is an additional fold-out single bed, which can be set up in the living-room.

The bathroom is en-suite with the bedroom.

The bedroom window goes to an interior courtyard of the house. Therefore, we consider this apartment rather QUIET, for Sevillian standards.
