| Hotel Marian is located on a typical Sevillian street in the old city
centre of Seville and close to many of the monuments. The hotel building
was designed by architect Anibal Gonzalez, whose most famous work is the
Plaza de España. The Hotel has preserved the details of Gonzalez's
work, such as the patios and a solarium, while at the same time offering
many modern comforts. It is located just a few minutes walk from the Alfalfa
and Santa Catalina districts, which provide numerous dining and nightlife
options, including El Rinconcillo, Sevilla's oldest bar founded in 1670.

 Some rooms have balconies which look onto one of three central patios. All rooms include a private, full bath and air conditioning plus other modern comforts. In general the rooms are larger than most hotels with the same qualities.

Hotel Marian offers accommodation in a typical neighborhood of Seville in a building designed by Anibal Gonzalez, one of Sevilla's most well known architects whose most famous work is the Plaza de España. It is on the edge of the tourist district yet close to many good restaurants, peaceful plazas and some of Sevilla's most beautiful churches. A short walk through the Barrio Santa Cruz will lead you to most of the monuments. The hotel is situated next to the Alfalfa district, a favorite amongst locals and tourists alike as a meeting place for tapas or a coffee. The hotel location is also close to our hearts: we and other family members have chosen to live just a few blocks away. |

Cancellation Policy
Establishment requires charge to your credit
card of rate for one night as a reservation guarantee. Cancellations
made 2 (2) days before arrival date will result in a full refund of the
deposit. If cancellation is
made less than two (2) days before arrival date, then the price of one
night will not be refunded.
Semana Santa and Feria de Abril Reservations
Minimum stay required: 4 nightsDeposit required: 50% at the time of confirmation. Cancellation Policy: During Semana Santa & Feria: cancellations more than 1 month before the arrival date will result in full refund of deposit. Cancellations between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days before arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation price. Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival date: will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation. |
