Hotel Petit Palace Santa Cruz is located in a renovated 17th century building,
situated in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood of Seville. The area
is in an excellent location for exploring the city on foot, and is very
convenient to the major monuments and sights. The hotel, renovated to include
two central patios and 35 guest rooms distributed over three floors, recently
opened in March 2006. With three sides of the building facing the street,
almost all of the rooms have balconies or exterior windows. The Hotel Petit Palace Santa Cruz features a blend of styles, mixing both modern and historical architectural elements. The typical 17th century exterior presents a contrast to the more contemporary interior, while the original structure of the Andalusian style patio has been maintained. The hotel common areas include two patios, a breakfast room and bar.  |
Guest rooms include modern, minimalist furniture. Standard in all rooms are a mini bar, free high-speed internet access and LCD televisions. Superior double rooms (on request) offer an in room laptop computer and an electric trouser press. Nine family style rooms include fold out bunk beds for two children and a double bed for parents. Most rooms have hydro-massage showers. One suite (on request) is comprised of a living area and separate bedroom, with high ceilings featuring the original wood and ceramic tile decoration.

Guests enter the ground floor reception from Muñoz
y Pavon street. Just behind the reception is the central interior patio
and sitting area, leading to the stairs and elevators that access the
guest rooms. Connected to the central patio is the hotel bar and breakfast
room, as well as a second patio towards the back of the building.

The Hotel Petit Palace Santa Cruz is located in the heart of the Santa Cruz quarter, with easy access to the major monuments and Plaza Alfalfa. The Cathedral and Alcazar, Seville's most important monuments, are within 5 minutes walking. Within one block of the hotel, hidden on Marmoles street, guests will find the remains of a Roman temple dedicated to Hercules. Two blocks from the hotel is El Aire de Sevilla, a spa with Arab style baths and two tea rooms. The Hotel Petit Palace Santa Cruz offers visitors a unique opportunity to stay in contemporary hotel located in an historic building and neighborhood. We are fond of the building's architecture: on a street corner with three sides allowing for exterior windows or balconies for most of the rooms. The hotel was also careful to install double-paned windows which we have personally tested, and can assure that any noise from the surrounding streets stays out of the rooms. All rooms are very well equipped with comfortable beds, new bathrooms and flat screen televisions. We especially like that internet access is available for free both in the room and throughout the hotel via WiFi. Finally, the location in Santa Cruz is excellent and close to other city center quarters which are popular for visitors. |
