Hotel Marqués Santa Ana is located in a recently renovated 19th
century building, situated in the Arenal quarter of Seville a few blocks
from the Plaza Nueva. The hotel offers amenities such as a roof top terrace
with view of the Cathedral, private garage, and free high speed internet
access - both in room and in the lobby on several computers. The hotel opened
in March 2005 and was renovated to include 57 rooms spanning three floors.
Some rooms have balconies to a small street. The building maintains the typical appearance of a 19th century Sevillian house outside, contrasted by a modern, minimalist style interior. What distinguishes the Hotel Marqués Santa Ana from most other establishments in the center is how contemporary design and function were chosen over a typical Andalusian interior. The common areas inside the hotel offer much natural light from the windows and glass roofed patio.  |
Rooms include simple, modern furniture with an emphasis on comfort and utility. Standard in all rooms are a mini bar, free high-speed internet access and LCD televisions. There are six "High Tech" double rooms which also offer king size beds, in room laptop computer, electric trouser press and static exercise bicycles. Eighteen larger family rooms include fold out bunk beds for two people, with maximum space for up to four people. Some rooms have hydro-massage showers.

by modern light sculptures, an expansive central patio and a breakfast
cafeteria. The central patio offers comfortable chairs and couches,
a large screen television and internet corner with several computers

The hotel is in the central Arenal quarter between the river and Santa Cruz. Guests are two blocks from the Plaza Nueva, Plaza San Francisco and the shopping district. Monuments such as the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and Santa Cruz neighborhood are five minutes from the hotel. The Arenal quarter is always a popular location for visiting Seville, offering not only proximity to the major monuments but also many excellent choices for tapas, dining and nightlife.
