Hotel Adriano is located in a renovated historical building, situated
in the Arenal quarter of Seville across from the Plaza de Toros. The hotel
is of superior two star standards, with amenities typical of three star
hotels such as a cafeteria with outdoor seating, jacuzzi, roof top terrace
with a view of the Cathedral and private garage. The house was a private
residence until the hotel opened in 2002 and was renovated to include 34
rooms. Most rooms have windows onto small central patios, while eight double
superior rooms have balconies to the street. The former house is well known for once welcoming the king of Spain during Semana Santa to watch a procession at the nearby church of El Baratillo. The renovation of the hotel preserved the original architecture of the house, most evident in the downstairs cafeteria with high ceilings that include the original moldings.  |
Each room is decorated with classic wood furniture and marble floors, in keeping with the tradition and history of the house. Balanced with the traditional are modern comforts and amenities: 21" color, satellite television, voicemail and in-room safe.

Guests enter on the ground floor reception and cafeteria.
There is a small sitting area inside with comfortable couches and tables,
with additional seating outside. On the top floor of the hotel is a
large jacuzzi, shower and changing room. A roof terrace with tables
and chairs offers a view of the Cathedral and surrounding neighborhood.

The hotel is very central, located in the Arenal quarter between the river and Santa Cruz. Guests are very close to the Plaza de Toros and other monuments such as the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. The Arenal quarter offers several excellent restaurants and tapas bars, some just a few meters from the Hotel, as well as proximity to the central shopping district.  Hotel location map Coordinate

This is a two star hotel with superior qualities and a very central location. For a visit to Seville we find that the Arenal and Santa Cruz neighborhoods offer the best locations: we like the fact that you can get to almost any part of the city center in about 5 minutes walking. For bullfighting aficionados this is also an excellent location, just 1 minute from the Plaza de Toros. And we can count at least ten restaurants and tapas bars close by which we regularly recommend to visitors. The King's visit to the former residence also adds a unique touch of history to the hotel. |

Cancellations made between 21 and 15 days before the arrival date: 30% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations between 15 and 7 days: 10% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations between 7 and 1 days: 5% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations less than 1 day in advance or failure to appear: forfeit of 100% of the deposit. |
