Last Sunday this summer. Javi is closing for summer holidays in Austria. Today's plato del día is arroz negro, which is rice with baby squid in its ink.  The rice and the squid are still light brown...  The ink has been added to one of the pans...  Now both are black...  This dish is not for everybody's eyes.  Miguel's son likes it though.
