Mercedes Donoso and her brothers are the owners of RIOJA apartments. They also have a bar/cafeteria in calle Miguel de Mañara, which is next to the Archivo de Indias. We had jamón, queso, tortillitas de camarones, and pisto de verduras. All recommended!      Close Window |
