Teodosio is a typical Sevillian house with a central patiio made up of 4 holiday apartments including: 1x studio, 1x two-bedroom and 2x three-bedroom apartments. Totally refurbished in 2012, the interiors offer every modern comfort for couples, large families or groups of friends. The photos below are of Teodosio Terrace, which features a private terrace with pool, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Ideal for families or groups of friends

The 2x apartments with 3 bedrooms are Teodosio 3 and Terrace which can comfortably accommodate either 2 to 3 couples, or a large family. Both have a large size of 120 and 145 sqm and have 2 and 3 bathrooms respectively. These two holiday homes offer exceptional quality and finish, with wood flooring, under-floor heating throughout and access by elevator to all floors. The other 2 apartments, Teodosio 1 and 2, are simply decorated in a contemporary style.

Historical center - San Vicente

The apartments form part of a classic Sevillian house with an interior patio, located in San Vicente. This is a residential neighborhood in the northwest of Seville's historical center, very close to the Basilica del Gran Poder. This area is notable for its many churches, squares and traditional restaurants. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is quiet and peaceful.

Observations

INTERNET:
There is wireless Internet in the apartments. It is provided at no additional cost to you.

BABY BED:
A baby bed is available but must be requested at the time of booking the apartment because it is shared in between the four apartments.

NON-SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed in the Teodosio Apartments.

HOUSE WITH 4 APARTMENTS:
The four Teodosio Apartments belong to a classic Sevillian house with a central patio. Located in the neighborhood of San Vicente, from here you can easily walk to all of the major city monuments and sights.

SHOPPING:
The commercial center with the main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is at 5 min walking distance. The closest supermarket is at Plaza del Duque inside "El Corte Inglés" department store, just 2 min walking from the apartments.

EAT AND DRINK:
San Vicente quarter is an ideal base to enjoy some of Seville's best local tapas bars. Just next to San Lorenzo church you will find one of the most renowned restaurants in the city: Bar Eslava | Calle Eslava 3-5.

PARKING:
The closest public underground parking is located at Plaza de la Concordia, approx. 2 min walking from the apartments. This is the parking of the "El Corte Inglés" department store. You can find all parkings on our "City Map" section.

Deposit for Reservation

20% of the total amount. Find methods of payment on top left.

Security Deposit

On arrival, the remaining balance (80%) of the rent is due, plus a refundable deposit of 150 Euros as a guarantee for any damages, in case of the large apartments No. 3 and Terrace. For the small apartments no. 1 and 2, a security deposit is not required.
