Apartments Santa Cruz consists of over 20 apartments, located in a various buildings surrounding the charming Plaza de los Venerables. Each building is of the typical Sevillan style with interior patios, and each is located less than one minute walking distance from Plaza de los Venerables.

When staying at the Santa Cruz Apartments, you are less than a couple minutes walk from shops, a bakery, cafes, tapas bars, restaurants and some of Seville's best known sights, including the Cathedral and its landmark the Giralda, the royal palace Real Alcazar, and the Archive of the Indies.

• 1 DUPLEX Apartment for 4 people: Living-room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are all located on lower floor. A second bedroom and second bathroom as well as a private rooftop terrace are located on the upper floor. The two floors are connected by a private stairway.

• 1 PUERTA GRANDE Apartment for 4 people: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen, located on the ground floor

• 2 BURLADERO Apartments for 2-4 people: 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchenette

• 3 TENDIDO Apartments for 2-3 people: Studio or 1-bedroom apartment, 1 double bed, 1 bathroom, (kitchenette)

Reception and key pick-up is available until midnight. For arrivals after midnight, we will deposit the keys in the hotel next-door and they will be available for you to pick up upon arrival.

Observations

The apartments consist of several houses located around the charming Plaza de los Venerables. Located in the very center of the historic Barrio Santa Cruz of Seville. Services at your disposal: reception, air conditioning, terrace, kitchen, satellite tv, fax service, bar/restaurant.

Apartments are available with one or two bedrooms, and with one or two bathrooms. Some have a private roof terrace. Views of the gardens of the Alcazar, the Giralda, small cobblestone streets, and colorful houses. This is the ideal location for sightseeing as all of the important monuments of Seville are within just a few minutes’ walk.

EAT AND DRINK:
The Apartment-Hotel is family owned and operated, and includes the Restaurant "Santa Cruz" in the Plaza de los Venerables. Just a few meters away you can find plenty of other restaurants such as Casa Roman in the same plaza, or Bar las Teresas on calle Las Teresas.

SHOPPING:
The tiny alleys with endless turns are one of the main characteristics of Santa Cruz quarter and typical of the historic nature of the neighborhood. This section of the neighborhood is pedestrian only and therefore most shops are small. On Plaza Doña Elvira you will find souvenir shops and a small bakery. The next supermarket is on the inner-city ring road, Avenida Menendez Pelayo, a short walk from the apartment’s location.

PARKING:
Private car traffic is prohibited in the area around the Plaza de los Venerables. Only taxis are allowed to drive through. Car Parking facilities in a public underground parking garage is a 3-5 minute walk. If you take the airport bus to the final stop at Avenida del Cid, the apartments are located a 7–10 minute walk from there.
