The annex buildings are in different streets in the immediate vicinity. All are in Sevillian style houses with interior patios, and all are less than 1 min walking from the square.

In this picturesque neighborhood you will find everything you need within the immediate area: the palace "Alcázar", the cathedral, numerous restaurants and tapas bars, small shops, and more.

• 2 TRIPLE-Apartments: Living-room, kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom.

• 1 DUPLEX-Apartment for 4 people: Living-room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor. Second bedroom and bathroom as well as private roof terrace on the upper floor. Floors are connected by a private stairway.

• 1 PUERTA GRANDE-Apartment for 4 people: Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. On the ground floor.

• 2 BURLADERO-Apartments for 2-4 people: Living room, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms.

• 3 TENDIDO-Apartments for 2-3 people: Studio or 1-bedroom apartment, double bed, bathroom.

Reception and key pick-up until midnight. For arrivals after midnight, we will deposit the keys in the hotel next-door.
All apartments air conditioned.

Observations

The Apartment-Suites consist of several houses around the charming Plaza de los Venerables. Located in the very center of the historic Barrio Santa Cruz of Seville. Services at your disposal: reception, air conditioning, terrace, kitchen, satellite tv, fax service, bar-restaurant.

Apartments available with one or two bedrooms, and with one or two bathrooms. Some with private roof terrace. Picturesque surrounding with views of the gardens of the Alcazar, the Giralda, small cobble stone streets, and colourful houses. Ideal location for sightseeing. All of the important monuments of Seville are within just a few minutes’ walk.

EAT AND DRINK:
The Apartment-Hotel is family owned and operated, and includes the Restaurant "Santa Cruz" in the Plaza de los Venerables. Just a few meters away you can find plenty of other restaurants such as Casa Roman in the same plaza, or Bar las Teresas on calle Las Teresas.

SHOPPING:
The tiny alleys with endless turns are one of the main characteristics of Santa Cruz quarter and typical of the historic nature of the neighborhood. This section of the neighborhood is pedestrian only and therefore most shops are small. On Plaza Doña Elvira you will find souvenir shops and a small bakery. The next supermarket is on the inner-city ring road, Avenida Menendez Pelayo, a short walk from the apartment’s location.

PARKING:
The area around the Plaza de los Venerables is restricted for private car traffic. Only taxis are allowed. Car Parking facilities in a public underground parking are a 3-5 minute walk. If you take the airport bus to the final stop at Avenida del Cid, the apartments are about a 7–10 minute walking.
