Observations

1929 building (built for the 1929 International Exhibition) recently restored. The apartments are very well equipped, 5 balconies and flat roof terrace. Parquet floor on the 2nd floor apartment, and the original tile floor on the 3rd floor apartment. Convenient location in the very center of Seville, within walking distance to all the major sights in the historical center of Seville. San Miguel street is near to the Alameda de Hércules, one spot for nightlife with many restaurants, bars and clubs.

Due to the second/third floor location and the many exterior windows, these apartments are very bright. All rooms with small ("french") balconies.
