The apartment San Miguel is located in a building dating from the early 20th century, when the Ibero-American exhibition took place in Seville in 1929.
A few years ago, parts of the house were refurbished. The apartment is in a very central location, close to Plaza del Duque de la Victoria.
All important monuments and the shopping district are within easy walking distance.

There are 3 bedrooms, with a total of 5 beds, all of them are twin or single beds.

All rooms have large windows with plenty of natural light which create a bright and airy atmosphere. The kitchen and bathroom face an interior patio.

Observations
1929 building (built for the 1929 International Exhibition) recently restored.
The apartments are very well equipped, including five balconies and roof terrace.
Parquet floors are found in the 2nd floor apartment, while the original tile floor has been preserved in the 3rd floor apartment.
Convenient location in the historic center of Seville, within walking distance to all the major sights in the historical center of Seville.
San Miguel street is near to the Alameda de Hércules, one spot for nightlife with many restaurants, bars and clubs.

There is wireless internet in the apartment.
SHOPPING:
The supermarket on the basement level of the EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping center is approximately 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Also the commercial district of Seville, including the streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez begins around the Plaza del Duque de la Victoria.
EAT AND DRINK:
You can enjoy home-cooked meals sitting outdoors at the
Bar Santa Marta,
next to the San Andres church, and only 1 minute walking distance from the apartment. You will find plenty of tapas bars and restaurants at the end of Amor de Dios street, towards
Alameda de Hercules.
More locations for tapas and going out are also in the nearby El Arenal quarter, starting behind the EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping center.
PARKING:
The closest parking is also underground the EL CORTE INGLÉS, in the Plaza Gavidia and Plaza del Duque de la Victoria. Access to the parking is from Jesus del Gran Poder street.

At the monthly rate, we bill the electricty consumption extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0,20 Euros /KWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 150 Euros is required for each reserved month.
The deposit has to be paid in addition to the monthly rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
At the other rates, electricity is always included and no deposit is required.
