The two San Esteban apartments are located in the street of the same name, at the edge of Santa Cruz quarter. In a narrower sense, the area is called Puerta Carmona, according to the former city gate. The apartments are on the first and second floor, the shared roof terrace above.
Ideal for families
Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds.
Modern and new - with two bicycles in apartment #1.
The owner Kike has a bicycle shop on the ground floor of the building. The about 100 years old house has been completely refurbished and the apartments have a new and modern furniture.
Well equipped
The kitchen is completely equipped with stove top, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc.
The apartments' big feature: terrace with views
Deckchairs and a shady area under sunblinds make the roof terrace comfortable. Ready to enjoy a beautiful view over the roofs and spires of Seville.

Observations
Good connection to the city ring and its bus routes, section Avenida Menendez Pelayo, at the beginning of San Esteban street. The train station Santa Justa is at 15 min walking distance.
Two foldable bicicles (only for the 1st floor apartment) and wireless internet access (for both apartments) is at your disposal.
A baby bed is available, on request.
The roof terrace, which offers table, chairs and views of the city, is shard by the two apartments.
SHOPPING:
A bakery and a small grocery shop are directly in front of. The next suprmarket is in Avenida Luis Montoto, at 5 min walking distance. The comercial center of the city with the famous streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is at 10 min. walking distance.
EAT AND DRINK:
At a few meters only:
Abacería Puerta Carmona. For a small snack or more, homemade tapas and a big variety of
Montaditos (toasted bread with different toppings), specialities of cheese and sausages.
The well known Flamenco bar
La Carboneria offers sessions of Flamenco with guitar, dance and singing. Entrance free. Every day from 23:00h on.
PARKING:
The next public
parking is at the edge of Avenida Menendez Pelayo with Cano y Cueto street, at 10 min walking distance. Parking lots for free are at best to find in José Maria Moreno Galván and joining streets, at 5 min from the apartment.
We do not recommend to enter by car into San Esteban street, as it is a small one-way street. Once you have entered, the complete old town has to be crossed to come out again.
