The apartment building is located on the Plaza San Andres in the center of Seville. The red coloured house was renovated just a few years ago.

Completely refurbished and well equipped

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, including either a table or bar and chairs for dining. Big windows create a bright interior and atmosphere.

Ideal for families or small groups

All bedrooms have twin beds. One of the 2-bedroom apartments has a double bed in the second bedroom and one 1-bedroom apartment comes with an additional double bed in the living room.

Observations

The apartments San Andres are part of a small family business, which also includes a bar and restaurant in the neighboring house. (You can see the umbrellas and chairs on the first photo above.)

The apartment owner, Rafael, is very committed to offering excellent service and solving any possible problems personally. The many locals which come to the Bar Santa Marta is a testament to Rafael’s high level of service and quality. Unfortunately, Rafael does not speak any English. In case of any language difficulties he will call our office and we will be happy to translate.

The Plaza San Andres is a quiet, pedestrian only square. It is a convenient location in the center of Seville, within walking distance to all the major sights and the shopping district.

SHOPPING:
The apartments are 2 minutes walking distance from the commercial center surrounding the principal pedestrian streets of Sierpes, Tetuan, and Velazquez. Here you can find and endless variety of shops (fashion, shoes, books, etc). The closest supermarket is in the EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping center in Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, about 2 minutes walking distance fom the apartments.

EAT AND DRINK:
In the building next to the apartments is the Bar Santa Marta, which belongs to the same owner, and offers a large selection of traditional Andalusian dishes. Throughout almost all of the year guests will find pleasant weather, inviting you to sit outside in the Plaza to enjoy a drink or a meal. During the weekend they often have a waiting list for free tables.

PARKING:
The closest public parking is under the EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping center, about 2 minutes walking distance. Prices aprox. 22€/24h.

INTERNET:
By network cable. There is a plug in the living-room of each apartment.



The photos show the four apartments on the second floor as an example. The first floor apartments have the same room distribution and same furniture. Unfortunately it is not possible to book a specific apartment, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences for apartment location and amenities.

Other services/cost

Prices include water and electricity. Change of bed linen and towels once per week. If your stay is longer than one week we recommend the optional maid service for 18,- Euros.
