Fantastic situtation for tourism and leisure

The apartments Rioja consist of 3 studio apartments and 3 1-bedroom apartments over 3 floors, all of which can be accessed via the building’s elevator. Situated in the commercial center of Seville, along the streets Sierpes, Tetuan, Rioja. The building is located in a pedestrian section of the street.

Good value accommodation for 2 or 4 people

The studio apartments have a double sofa-bed, a table with chairs and kitchenette. The 1-bedroom apartments are similarly equipped, with the addition of a separate bedroom with twin beds.

Ideal for shopping fans

All 6 units have a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street Calle Rioja. On the upper right corner of the photo you see the EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping center in the Plaza de la Magdalena, with a supermarket and parking on the basement level.

Observations

The apartments Rioja are located in a very central area, only a few meters distance from the town hall. Advantages include large windows and balconies to the pedestrian street (each apartment has its own balcony), elevator and air conditioning. This is an ideal for shopping and sightseeing.

SHOPPING:
One of the best locations when it comes to shopping, within a few meters you will find the shops from the largest international fashion labels, shoes, books, souvenirs, etc.

EAT AND DRINK:
Just behind the building, on José de Velilla street, there is the well-known tapas bar Blanco Cerillo, just follow the smell of its most famous tapa, boquerones en adobo. Plenty of other restaurants or tapas bars are close by as well.

PARKING:
The closest parking is located below the shopping center EL CORTE INGLÉS, about 300m distance from the apartment, approx. 19€/24h. It is very difficult to park on the street in the center for free. If you are looking to park in the street, we recommend unloading your luggage and then search for a parking space further away.
