Apartments REDES are located on a quiet pedestrian street in the San Vicente neigborhood of the city center. The location offers excellent access to all of the main attractions and monuments that Seville has to offer.



The main shopping area of Seville is at a 4 min walk, up Alfonso XII street. The excellent Fine Arts Museum can be reached in less than 1 minute. Adjacent Arenal quarter offers a selection of several excellent restaurants and tapas bars.

APARTMENTS

Having undergone recent renovations, the apartments opened in April of 2006. The building goes along an interior patio, which separates the apartments from the street noise, while, at the same time offering plenty of natural light, making the apartments bright and cheerful.



All apartments include a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, living-room, television, air-conditioning and heating. The studio-apartments do not have a separated bedroom, but a private roof terrace, which can be used as an extension of the interior space.



The apartments are very quiet as a result of both the location in a pedestrian street, as well as the architecture of the building. Bathrooms are well equipped, and kitchens offer many conveniences for self-catering.
