Surrounding area

The apartments Recaredo are located in the street of the same name, next to the Puerta Carmona neighbourhood, one of the old gates in the Almohad wall which surrounded the city. You are very close to the Santa Cruz quarter, the rests of the city wall, or the Murillo gardens; the apartments have a privileged situation, with easy access by car and public transport, surrounded by plazas, churches, bars and cafeterias.

Sevillian atmosphere

The apartments Casa Recardo are in a traditional Sevillian house of the late 19th century. In the centre of the building a typical Sevillian Patio stands out, preserved in perfect conditions. The tiles of Triana on the wall, the original furniture and paintings of the 16th and 17th century or the Andalusian wood carvings with religious themes catch your attention and show the splendor of the baroque Seville. Wine-red and sand-yellow dye with strong colours the patios and terraces of this Sevillian house.

The light of Andalucía

La traditional Andalusian architecture turns into light and colour in the Casa Recaredo. Three patios and two marvellous terraces, one of them is commun and with sunbath-area, allow to indulge oneself in light and colour in any of these places, decorated with wooden furniture and thematic paintings of Seville.

The apartments

All apartments have natural light, are orientated towards the different patios of the house, nice and functional. Each apartment comes with two bedrooms with twin beds each, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. All windows are double or triple glazed in order to assure your relaxation.

FERIA and SEMANA SANTA:
Die Apartments Casa Recaredo have a privileged situation for enjoying the two most important events of the year in Seville. The SEMANA SANTA, you can enjoy it live, with almost no need to move. In Recaredo street are passing by two of the oldest and most traditional brotherhoods of the city: San Roque on Palm Sunday and Los Negritos on Maundy Thursday. Also the main route of all processions is only a short walk away from Casa Recaredo, right in the heart of the centre.
In order to reach the FERIA DE ABRIL area, you only need to leave the house, going all the way down in Menendez Pelayo street, passing the Murillo gardens, until you cross the river Guadalquivir, and that's it, a 30 minutes walk.
