El Arenal

The Quirós apartments are located in the Arenal neigborhood, at only a few minutes walking distance from the Cathedral, the Townhall and the Bullring. El Arenal is famous for its many tapas bars and restaurants. The name to the street gave Pedro Fernández de Quirós, who was exploring islands in the South-Pacific around 1600 a.C., and is supposed to have invented the name "Australia".

With elevator

There are five apartments on the three floors of a refurbished Sevillian house, with elevator. Three of the apartments have one bedroom, and there are also two apartments with two bedrooms. The distribution of the rooms is in the style of a "loft", and there is no complete separation of the bedrooms.

Bright and central, but quiet

There are many windows and lots of natural light comes into all the apartments. They are modern, nice and functional. On Quirós street there is very little car traffic. All windows are double glazed and we consider the apartments as being quiet.

For self-catering

Each apartment comes with one or two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette and one or two bathrooms. The kitchens are completely equippped for self-catering.

WASHING MACHINE:
There are washing machines only in the 2-bedroom apartments and in the Attic apartment. (You can see them on the kitchen photo of the individual apartment.)
