The apartments Álvarez Quintero are located next to the town hall and Salvador church. The building consists of two studio-apartments and one 1-bedroom apartment.
Warm atmosphere
A Sofa-couch, small kitchenette and dining table are in the living room. The apartments are completely new from the year 2009.
The ideal family accommodation
All apartments have two twin beds and two additional beds on a platform above the entrance area. Apartment nr. 3 also has a sofa-bed, for up to 6 persons on 5 beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Tranquility in the hustle and bustle of the centre
A classic patio is the center of the house. Two apartments are interior and very quiet. Also towards the street is not much noise to expect, as it is a pedestrian area.

Observations
We would like to point out the apartment's location, which is in the very center of Seville. The majority of the streets are pedestrian, there is no car traffic, and the apartments are rather quiet.On arrival, a small courtesy breakfast package will be provided (pastries, milk, tee, nescafe and colacao).
The three apartments share a washing machine, which is stored in a closet in the stairway. Iron and ironing board in each apartment.
SHOPPING:
THe main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez are within easy reach, also the big Spanish department store, with supermarket, El Corte Inglés, at 5 minutes walking distance.
EAT AND DRINK:
The adjacent sites like Plaza del Salvador, Plaza del Pan, Plaza Alfalfa, Plaza Nueva are all surrounded by bars and restaurants. For example Café Universal, Bodeguita Antonio Romero (the matadors' favourite), La Flor del Toranzo, (fantastic tapas) and Casa Moreno (a former freezed seafood store). At the end of calle Alvarez Quintero you find Robles Placentines, a traditonal Sevillian restaurant, run by several generations already.
PARKING:
The public parking in calle Albareda, behind Plaza Nueva is only a few minutes away. We recommend to park there and walk to the apartment. The closest access point by car is calle Entre Cárceles, at the beginning of calle Alvarez Quintero.
