Superb holiday flat in the most famous quarter of Seville

Apartment Plaza Santa Cruz is located in heart of the Santa Cruz quarter, just next to the old city wall and Murillo Gardens. The surrounding area is comprised of quaint pedestrian streets and plazas, gardens and outdoor cafes.

Pure Andalusian surrounding

The plaza adjacent to the apartments is lined with orange trees, with the famous cross of Santa Cruz centered in the middle of the square. The house is of typical Andalusian style, featuring an entrance through a wrought iron gate leading to a small central patio with orange trees and fountain.

Typical material and colors

In keeping with the historic style, the building’s traditional architecture includes marble floors, white and ochre exterior.

Generous in space and classic in style

The apartment has plenty of natural light from the windows and balconies facing the patio. The design offers a spacious and airy interior, complimented by decoration using classic wood furniture and original prints.

Well-appointed facilities

The bathroom features marble walls and is well equipped. The kitchen offers many conveniences for self-catering. An ADSL-modem is in the living room, for free high-speed internet access via WiFi or direct network connection.

Silence is important for relax

The apartment is very quiet as a result of both the location in a mostly pedestrian area of Santa Cruz, as well as the architecture of the building.

Observations

Fully equipped, 100 sqm apartment that sleeps up to 5 people, situated in Seville's historic Plaza Santa Cruz (Barrio Santa Cruz). This spacious, airy and surprisingly quiet apartment is just a 3 minute walk from the Cathedral, Giralda Tower and Real Alcazar. Approximately 10 minutes away are the Maestranza Theatre, Plaza de Toros and Torre del Oro. All apartment windows overlook patios.

Amenities include Wifi DSL, air conditioning, and TV. Includes once-a-week cleaning service that can be increased if needed. Cleaning service, telephone and fax optional.

This location is extremely quiet, and with consideration to the neighbors living in the house we recommend NOT to chose this apartment if your life style is likely to create noise.

SHOPPING:
The closest supermarket is on the Avenida Menendez Pelayo, part of the city ring road behind the Jardines de Murillo (Murillo Gardens). The Santa Cruz quarter offers mostly souvenir shops. For any other shopping we recommend visiting the commercial center of Seville and the streets Sierpes and Tetuan, about 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

EAT AND DRINK:
About 2 minutes walking distance is Santa Maria la Blanca street, which offers many restaurants and tapas bars. Aside from typical Andalusian cuisine, you will also find international food (Restaurants include Japanese, Middle-Eastern, Italian, etc.).

Also on Mateos Gago street, which runs towards the cathedral, you will find many more tapas bars and restaurants.

PARKING:
Between the Jardines de Murillo and Santa Maria la Blanca street is the underground parking Cano y Cueto. Access to the Plaza Santa Cruz is for residents only, although as long as you do not park there is no problem to enter by car.
