Apartment Plaza Santa Cruz is located in heart of the Santa Cruz quarter, just next to the old city wall and Murillo Gardens. The surrounding area is comprised of quaint pedestrian streets and plazas, gardens and outdoor cafes.



The plaza adjacent to the apartments is lined with orange trees, with the famous cross of Santa Cruz centered in the middle of the square. The house is of typical Andalusian style, featuring an entrance through a wrought iron gate leading to a small central patio with orange trees and fountain.



In keeping with the historic style, the building’s traditional architecture includes marble floors, white and ochre exterior.

The apartment has plenty of natural light from the windows and balconies facing the patio. The design offers a spacious and airy interior, complimented by decoration using classic wood furniture and original prints.



Bathroom is well equipped, and kitchen offers many conveniences for self-catering.



The apartment is very quiet as a result of both the location in a mostly pedestrian area of Santa Cruz, as well as the architecture of the building.

These spacious, airy and surprisingly quiet apartments are just a 3-minute walk from the Cathedral, Giralda Tower and Moorish Alcazar, and 10 minutes from the Maestranza Theatre, Plaza de Toros and Golden Tower. All the apartment windows give on to patios.

This location is extremely quiet, and with consideration to the neigbors living in the house, we recommend NOT to chose this apartment, if your life style is likely to create noise.

Car Parking facilities in a public underground parking at 1 min walking distance. The square itself is also accessible by car, from Jardines de Murillo.
