The apartment is an attic in a building with traditional arquitecture of the early 20th century, integrated in the patio of the monastery Santa Clara (13/14th century). This accommodation comes with a private terrace, carefully decorated with plants and sunny. Here you can enjoy the silence of the former monastery, after a walk through old and lively quarter of the Alameda de Hercules. The apartment is on the second floor, with air conditioning, without elevator.

Ideal for families

Living room with direct access to the terrace and two big windows, a bright atmosphere and beautiful views. There is a double sofa-bed for 2 people and the kitchenette, completely equipped with fridge, stove top, washing machine and cooking utensils.

The bedroom has a double bed (2,00 x 1,50m). The windows goes towards an interior patio and makes this place silent. There are no other flats on the same floor, which creates a high level of privacy.

The terrace is the heart piece of this apartment. A wide variety of plants, a lovley view over the patio, good equipment as sun loungers, wooden table and chairs let you enjoy the terrace over the day in the sun or by night, surrounded by the scent of the flowers.
