The apartments Paradas are on a street which intersects with Marqués de Paradas street. The Guadalquivir River, the Plaza de Armas bus station and commercial center are all at less than 5 minutes away on foot.

We rent two apartments in the building, one with 1 bedroom (A/B) and one with 2 bedrooms (C).

Full equipment including internet

The kitchen is completely equipped with stove top, fridge, washing machine and cooking utensils. Clothes can be dried on the roof top.

Choose your preferred flat

The bathrooms of "A" and "B" have a bath tub with shower ("C" with shower only).

Observations

Apartments have Wireless Internet. You will receive the password on arrival.

The apartment is centrally located, with good access by car, close to the city ring road leading to the highways in and out of Seville. Also nearby are the stations for city and regional busses. All important monuments and points of interest are between 5-15 minutes walking distance.

SHOPPING:
The shopping center Plaza de Armas offers small shops for most any need and a supermarket on the basement level. The pedestrian shopping district in the city, including the famous streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is approximately 5 minutes away on foot.

EAT AND DRINK:
Just around the corner in Marqués de Paradas you will find Las Piletas, a typical Andalusian tapas bar with a bull fighting atmosphere.

Under the bridge Isabel II, often referred to by locals as the Puente de Triana, we recommend the cocktail bar Capote, ideal for sipping a drink outdoors under palm trees with a wonderful view of the bridge by night.

PARKING:
An underground car park is located adjacent to the Plaza de Armas commercial center, approximately 1 minute walking distance.
