This apartment building dates from the beginning of the 20th century. You can recognize the arquitectonical similarities with the Plaza de España, which was built at the same time, for the Ibero-American world exposition. It is located in calle Pajaritos, in the very historical center of Seville, very close to the Town Hall, the Cathedral, and other monuments. Also very close to the commercial center of Seville.

Totally reformed in 2008

The apartments are completelly equipped for self catering. Kitchen and washing machine are provided. There is an elevator in both buildings. The 1-bedroom apartment (attic A) Duplex-Apartment with 50 sqm and a terrace of 30 sqm, with capacity for 2-4 people. The 2-bedroom apartments: attic B has 60 sqm and a terrace of 20 sqm, with capacity for 2-3 people. The apartment C, with capacity for 3 people.

For your comfort

Pajaritos A (1-bedroom): Living-room and kitchen are on the second floor. One floor above are the bedroom and bathroom. From there you have access to the roof terrace by a metal stairway.

Pajaritos B (2-bedrooms): The living-room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom are all on the same level (third floor). To the roof terrace you have access by metal stairway, from the living-room, or, from outside the apartment, by elevator (ideal for handicapped people).

Pajaritos C (2-bedrooms): The apartment offers two bedrooms (one with twin beds and the other with a single bed), kitchen, living-room, bathroom. It also has a private terrace with an entrance from the living-room.

The apartments come each with a large private terrace. Attics A and B with views on the Cathedral and Salvador church. There is comfortable outdoor seating provided, with sun umbrella and chairs.

INTERNET:
There is internet in all the apartments.

EAT AND DRINK:
The area around the cathedral and the Arenal quarter are closeby and full of tapas bars and restaurants. 50 m from the doorstep, to the right hand side, traditional and famous, Bar La Estrella. The next supermarket is in Cuesta del Rosario, at 2 minutes walking distance.

SHOPPING:
Pajaritos is located between the streets with many small shops specialized in Semana Santa stuff, materials and religious decoration. The most famous shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez, with the international labels, are only at 3 minutes walking distance.

PARKING:
The closest car park is at Plaza Nueva in calle Albareda. We recommend to print out the access route on our city map page. Please note, calle Pajaritos is in a pedstrian area and cannot be reached by car. Taxis can bring you until 50m distance to the entrance door, in calle Estrella.

Seasonal adjustments

Semana Santa and Feria weeks:
PAJARITOS A: 200 (250) Euros per day 2 (4) pax. 1300 (1600) Euros per week 2 (4) pax.
PAJARITOS B: 150 Euros per day (2-3 pax) (only 5 nights year 2011).

Minimum stay

3 nights (4 nights for Semana Santa, Feria and Christmas)

Deposit for reservation

20% of the total amount. Find methods of payment on top left.

Security Deposit

Apartments B and C (2-BR): On arrival, the remaining balance (80%) of the rent is due, plus a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 100 Euros. The security deposit will be refunded when you return the apartment keys, provided that there is no damage.
