This apartment building dates from the beginning of the 20th century. You can recognize the arquitectonical similarities with the Plaza de España, which was built at the same time, for the Ibero-American world exposition. It is located in calle Pajaritos, in the very historical center of Seville, very close to the Town Hall, the Cathedral, and other monuments. Also very close to the commercial center of Seville.

The apartments are completelly equipped for self catering. Kitchen and washing machine are provided. Building with elevator.

Apartment layout

Pajaritos No. 1 and No. 2 (1 bedroom): Living-room and kitchen are on the second floor. One floor above are the bedroom and bathroom. From there you have access to the roof terrace by a metal stairway.

Pajaritos No. 3 (3 bedrooms): The living-room and kitchenette are on ther ground floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor.

Pajaritos No. 4 (2 bedrooms): The living-room and kitchenette are on ther ground floor. On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. On the second floor is the private terrace with table and chairs.

Apartments with terrace

Apartments no. 1 and no. 2 with large exterior terraces with views on the Cathedral and Salvador church. There is comfortable outdoor seating provided, with sun umbrella and chairs. Apartment no. 4 has an interior terrace without views.

There is wireless internet in all the apartments.

EAT AND DRINK:
The area around the cathedral and the Arenal quarter are closeby and full of tapas bars and restaurants. 50 m from the doorstep, to the right hand side, traditional and famous, Bar La Estrella. The next supermarket is in Cuesta del Rosario, at 2 minutes walking distance.

SHOPPING:
Pajaritos is located between the streets with many small shops specialized in Semana Santa stuff, materials and religious decoration. The most famous shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez, with the international labels, are only at 3 minutes walking distance.

PARKING:
The closest car park is at Plaza Nueva in calle Albareda. We recommend to print out the access route on our city map page. Please note, calle Pajaritos is in a pedstrian area and cannot be reached by car. Taxis can bring you until 50m distance to the entrance door, in calle Estrella.
