Casa del Museo consists of 6 modern style apartments in a recently refurbished building with elevator. There are 2 studio apartments and 4 one-bedroom apartments, centrally located in the Plaza del Museo. Just in front of the Fine Arts Museum (Museo de Bellas Artes), one of Spain’s best art museums.
Close to the shopping district
The commercial center and the El Corte Inglés department store are only a few meters away. Inside: The living-room of the apartment has a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The TV and sofa couch invite you to relax.
For self-caterer or tapas fans
The kitchenette is modern and completely equiped with stove-top, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils and dining table. Or let the kitchen closed and go for some tapas in the Arenal quarter.
Ideal for a short escape to Seville
The 1-bedroom apartments all have a double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom is new, equipped with shower, WC and wash basin. All apartments have climate control (heating and cooling).

Observations
We like the big windows and bright rooms in the apartments. The furniture is modern and functional.The Plaza del Museo is a quiet location with little traffic, while the bustle of the commercial center of Seville is within easy just a few minutes walking distance on the other end of Monsalves street.
SHOPPING:
The famous department center EL CORTE INGLÉS is only 3 minutes away in Plaza del Duque de la Victoria. From the ground floor you can access the large supermarket on the basement level. The most important shopping streets also begin around this plaza: Sierpes, Tetuan, and Velazquez.
EAT AND DRINK:
On your way to the center we recommend El Patio de San Eloy for a first beer or drink together with a tapa. Also worth a visit is the nearby La Alacena de San Eloy.
PARKING:
A public underground parking is located on Marquez de Paradas street under the shopping center in PLAZA DE ARMAS. If you do not know the streets in Seville very well, we recommend to park on arrival at the above mentioned garage, as it has easy access to the inner-city ring road, and is only 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
