Wonderful 450 sqm town-house of exceptional quality and size. The house is distributed over 3-levels and includes 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living-rooms, 2 terraces and a central patio with a fountain. Suitable for up to 10 guests. Recently restored to a superior standard using traditional materials and techniques. Hand-crafted doors in wood, artisan ceramic tiles, and wrought-ironwork. Exposed beams, flooring sourced from an old convent and the 18th century solid mahogany front door. The interios are lovely decotared with antiques combined with modern elements - creating an elegant and confortable space to live.

There are three bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with two twin beds. Five full bathrooms (3 en-suite + 2 family bathrooms) with a bathtub and/or a shower. All 5 bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes to store your belongings.

The well-equipped large kitchen and living room are on the first floor. The kitchen is completed with oven and provides all utensils and appliances for sel-catering. Dining table with 10 chairs. The spacious living room provides plenty of seating with 2x sofas. There is an additional living area with 2x sofas, a desk and armchairs.

The commercial center with the main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is at 5 min walking distance. The closest supermarket is at Plaza del Duque inside "El Corte Inglés" department store, just 2 min walking from the apartments.

EAT AND DRINK:
San Vicente quarter is an ideal base to enjoy some of Seville's best local tapas bars. Just next to San Lorenzo church you will find one of the most renowned restaurants in the city: Bar Eslava | Calle Eslava 3-5.

PARKING:
The closest public underground parking is located at Plaza de la Concordia, approx. 2 min walking from the apartments. This is the parking of the "El Corte Inglés" department store, where we offer to our guests a REDUCED PARKING RATE - ask for details.
