Great location

From this location it is very comfortable to explore the old town of Seville. The Casa de Pilatos is only a stone’s throw away. Cathedral, Alcázar, leisure and shopping – everything is closeby. Moreover just a minute walk away the city center you will find one of many remains of the old roman aqueduct spread all over the city.

Great environment

The neighbourhood around San Esteban street is very lively and has its own character. At the old gate Puerta Carmona, you find almost village atmosphere and this in the middle of an international city.

Relax in your home away from home. The bedrooms have all twin beds. The apartments are bright through natural light and especially towards the back of the building quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and bed linen are at your disposal, also hair dryer, iron, etc.

Observations

Good connection to the city ring and its bus routes, section Avenida Menendez Pelayo, at the beginning of San Esteban street. The train station Santa Justa is at 15 min walking distance.

SHOPPING:
A bakery and a small grocery shop are at a few meters after the San Esteban church. The next supermarket is in Avenida Luis Montoto, or in the opposite direction at Plaza Alfalfa, both at 5 min walking distance. The comercial center of the city with the famous streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is at 10 min. walking distance.

EAT AND DRINK:
At a few meters only: Abacería Puerta Carmona. For a small snack or more, homemade tapas and a big variety of Montaditos (toasted bread with different toppings), specialities of cheese and sausages.

The well known Flamenco bar La Carboneria offers sessions of Flamenco with guitar, dance and singing. Entrance free. Every day from 23:00h on.

PARKING:
The next public parking is at the edge of Avenida Menendez Pelayo with Cano y Cueto street, at 10 min walking distance. Parking lots for free are at best to find in José Maria Moreno Galván and joining streets, at 5 min from the apartment.

We do not recommend to enter by car into San Esteban street, as it is a small one-way street. Once you have entered, the complete old town has to be crossed to come out again.
