Santa Cruz Quarter (see video)

The Mariscal apartments are located in the picturesque Barrio Santa Cruz, one of the oldest neighborhoods of Seville, very close to the Alcázar and the Cathedral. The neighborhood consists of narrow alleys, winding streets, little plazas (squares) and orange trees. Find a fine selection of tapas bars and restaurants as you walk among the white-washed houses, peering into the gardens visible from the streets.

Brand new building

There are 6 apartments on the 2 floors of a refurbished brand new Sevillian house, with elevator. Four of the apartments have one bedroom, and there are 2 apartments with two bedrooms. They are modern, stylish and functional.

Bright and central, but quiet

There are many windows and lots of natural light comes into all the apartments. Mariscal is a pedestrian street without car traffic and we consider the apartments as being quiet.

For self-catering

Each apartment comes with one or two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette and one or two complete bathrooms. The kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering, with all facilities for cooking and washing.

INTERNET:
There is Internet access in all apartments.

CLEANING:
One weekly cleaning with change of towels and bedlinen included.

SHOPPING:
The closest supermarket is on the Avenida Menendez Pelayo, part of the city ring road behind the Jardines de Murillo (Murillo Gardens). The Santa Cruz quarter offers mostly souvenir shops. For any other shopping we recommend visiting the commercial center of Seville and the streets Sierpes and Tetuan, about 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

EAT AND DRINK:
About 2 minutes walking distance is Santa Maria la Blanca street, which offers many restaurants and tapas bars. Aside from typical Andalusian cuisine, you will also find international food (Restaurants include Japanese, Middle-Eastern, Italian, etc.).

Also on Mateos Gago street, which runs towards the cathedral, you will find many more tapas bars and restaurants.

PARKING:
Between Jardines de Murillo and Santa Maria la Blanca street is the public underground parking Cano y Cueto. Approx. 2 min walking from the apartments. 20 Euros per day.
