This apartment is a brand-new duplex holiday home located in the building's 2nd and third floors. Please note that there isn't elevator. Despite being located in the core center of Seville, the apartment remains in a quiet and peaceful spot due to its tranquil situation in a small pedestrian street.

SHOPPING:
The apartment leads you to the main shopping area with two famous parallel streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the traditional place in Seville to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewelry or some Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans...

EAT AND DRINK:
A few minutes away from the apartment is the Arenal quarter, one of the best city areas for eating in Seville. El Arenal offers many good tapas bars and restaurants, a prime spot where currently the locals go to eat and drink.

PARKING:
We recommend the underground parking of the "El Corte Inglés" department store at Plaza de la Magdalena, or the one next to the Town Hall, on Plaza Nueva.
