The apartment Hernandez is located in the old town of Seville, close to Plaza de la Encarnación. Located in a refurbished block of flats, with elevator.

Duplex ideal for two couples or a family

The apartment entrance is on the first floor. The living room with kitchenette, one smaller bedroom and bathroom are on the lower level. The main bedroom with bathroom and terrace are on the upper lever. The floors are connected by an internal stairway.
The bedroom downstairs is quite small, with a window towards an interior patio. The upper bedroom has two exterior windows.

Attractive caracteristics

This neighbour community is very quiet, which is a high appreciated value by everybody in the building. The terrace is private. The two bathrooms make of each floor an independent unit. The bathroom downstairs has a shower, the bathroom on the upper level features a bath tub.

Observations

The apartment Hernandez is very conveniently located in the center of the old town ("El Centro"). Ideal for sightseeing tours.

Very calm. Brandnew furnished. With terrace.

The second bedroom is very small. We recommend the apartment for a maximum of 4 adults in two double beds. (For additional guests the sofa-bed in the living must be unfolded, and the remaining space is then very limited.)

Please note: for people with difficulties in climbing stairs, the elevator is in the patio of the building. To get to this level there is a stairway with 8 steps.

INTERNET and TELEPHONE:
The apartment has free Dsl internet (20 MB wireless) and a telephone, where you can receive incoming calls.

SATELLITE TV:
There are many channels in English, German, Dutch, French, and other languages. (Also the common Spanish channels by normal antenna.)

PARKING:
You can reserve a space in the garage which is below the building and directly connected to the apartment floor by elevator. It is required to make a reservation for the garage, at the moment when making the apartment booking. The garage parking has an additional cost, which you can find in below standing price table.

SHOPPING:
A small supermarket is on the other side of the street, about 20m to the left. The commercial district with the streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is approximately 5 minutes walking distance.

EAT AND DRINK:
The oldest tapas bar in Seville, El Rincóncillo is just at the end of Gerona street, next to the Santa Catalina church. Next door in the Plaza de los Terceros we recommend La Giganta several other tapas bars are close by.
