The apartments owe its name to the Giralda tower of the Cathedral, which is at less than 1 min walking, and which can be seen from each apartment. The building consists of an attic-apartment with a private terrace, and two 1-bedroom apartments. These new and modernly furnished apartments are an ideal starting point for your city visit.

Feel like at home

The rooms are bright, with many windows, and have a relaxing atmosphere. A sofa-couch, kitchenette and comfortable dining table are in the living room.

Relax

The French balconies have double glazing, so you can shut the sounds of city life out whenever you want. A great spot for people watching, or for some quiet reading with a glass of wine. The apartments have one double bed, the 1-bedroom apartments provide a sofa-bed, as well. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The place to be

The apartments are located in an area full of local activity in calle Herndando Colón, the street, which connects the Cathedral with the Town Hall of Seville. Directly to the west of this street is the vibrant Arenal neigborhood, which is famous for its tapas bars and restaurants. The neighborhood to the east is Barrio Santa Cruz, which is recommended by any city guide for its picturesque plazas and narrow streets. To resume in one word: this location is unbeatable.

Observations

EAT AND DRINK:
The adjacent sites like Plaza del Salvador, Plaza del Pan, Plaza Alfalfa, Plaza Nueva are all surrounded by bars and restaurants. For example Café Universal, Bodeguita Antonio Romero (the matadors' favourite), La Flor del Toranzo, (fantastic tapas) and Casa Moreno (a former freezed seafood store). In calle Argote de Molina you find the restaurant Casa Robles, a traditonal Sevillian restaurant of high quality, run by several generations already.

SHOPPING:
The main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez are within easy reach, also the big Spanish department store, with supermarktet, El Corte Inglés, at 5 minutes walking distance.

PARKING:
The public parking in calle Albareda, behind Plaza Nueva is only a few minutes away. We recommend to park there and walk to the apartment. The closest access point to the apartment by car is calle Hernando Colon, right at the edge of the house, but it is not allowed to stop there.
