Very bright rooms

All rooms have large windows (eight in total) with plenty of natural light which creates a bright and airy atmosphere. Only the bathroom faces an interior patio.

The main sleeping room features a double bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom provides one individual bed.

Observations

1927 building conceived by the legendary Aníbal González school. The edifice is the highest point in the surrounding area. The apartment conserves the original floors and the ceilings are 3,80 meters high, providing a great sense of space (120 m2). Light-filled apartmet with eight large windows throughout.

A safe for your personal objects of value is available. Ask us on arrival.

SHARED ROOF-TOP:
Terrace with views of Seville. There is no garden furniture and it is not allowed to bring up furniture from the apartment.

SEMANA SANTA:
Ideal accommodation for those who wish to experience the Holy Week processions. Right from the balconies, watch the processions in one of the best spots in Seville.

SHOPPING:
The next supermarket is on the Plaza Padre Jerónimo de Cordoba, behind the Santa Catalina church. A market hall is on the Plaza de la Encarnación, at 5 min walking distance.
The commercial centre with the streest Sierpes, Tetuan and Valezquez is also at 5 min distance.

EAT AND DRINK:
A must-see: the oldest tapas bar of Seville El Rinconcíllo, only a few meters from the apartment. Afterwards and just next door, we recommend for the second and third tapa: La Giganta.
Also close by and tasty: Coloniales, at Plaza Cristo de Burgos.

PARKING:
The next parking is at the edge of Santa Angela de la Cruz street with Plaza San Pedro (3 min). Another one close by is in Escuelas Pias street, next to the Santa Catalina church, 5 min walking distance from the apartment.
If you can find a place, you can also park on one of the surrounding streets, for free.
