For your city visit

The apartments owe their name to calle Feria, one of the major streets of the Macarena neighborhood in the historical center of Seville. The building consists of an attic apartment with a large private terrace, two 1-bedroom apartments and two studio apartments. These new and modernly furnished apartments are an ideal starting point for your city visit.

Feel like at home

The rooms are bright and have a relaxing atmosphere. A sofa, kitchenette and comfortable dining table are in the living room. The open kitchen is admittedly small, but fully equipped with all the state of the art appliances you need to turn your Mediterranean culinary endeavours into a success. This is the perfect place to prepare your fresh vegetables, fish and herbs bought just around the corner from one of the many stands in the historic calle Feria Food Market. The apartments are an ideal place to come home to after a day spent exploring the city.

Relax

The French balconies have double glazing to keep the sounds of city life out whenever you want. The windows are also the perfect spot for people watching, or for some quiet reading with a glass of wine. The attic and studio apartments have a double bed, while the 1-bedroom apartments have twin beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Authentic neighborhood

Calle Feria is in an area full of local activity and authenticity just 12 minutes by foot to the commercial center of Seville. This is one of the few remaining parts of the city which is filled with mainly local shops and many conveniences for your day to day needs. There is the wonderful fresh food market, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all at your doorstep. Directly to the west of this street is the vibrant Alameda de Hercules, a recently remodeled square with tapas bars, restaurants, cafeterias and nightlife. Head north of the street and you'll find the Macarena gate, a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and Macarena basilica, home of Seville's most famous brotherhood for Semana Santa.

Observations

WASHING MACHINE:
A washing machine, washing powder, iron and ironing board is on the ground floor, for the private use of the tenants.

INTERNET:
Wireless Internet in all apartments. You will receive the access code on your arrival.

NON-SMOKING:
It is not allowed to smoke in the Feria apartments.

BREAKFAST:
We have arranged for a courtesy breakfast for our guests staying at the daily rate, from Monday to Saturday. This is a light breakfast, which consists of a cup of coffee, tea, or milk, and a toast with butter and jam, honey, or olive oil and tomato. The location is Bar Caferia on calle Feria nr. 61, just across the street. (Please note breakfast is not included in the weekly rate, nor Sundays when the bar is closed.)
