Dueñas is a small 1-bedroom flat located between the Santa Catalina neighbourhood and calle Feria. Its entrance goes towards the patio of the building which brings a nice sunny light into the apartment.

Ideal for business travellers or students

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, with washing machine, and is provided with ADSL internet connection. We consider this space ideal for a single person or couple.

Quiet and private atmosphere

The street where the apartment is located on is a small alley with hardly any traffic, as the flat goes towards the backside of the building, it is extremely quiet. A shared roof terrace offers the possibility to dry your clothes and enjoy a nice view over the rooftops.

Observations

INTERNET:
Internet access (wireless/cable), free of charge.

SHARED ROOF-TOP:
Terrace with views of Seville. Clothesline at your disposal. There is no garden furniture and it is not allowed to bring up furniture from the apartment.

SHOPPING:
The next supermarket is on the Plaza de Montesión, at less than 5 minutes walking distance. You have also two market halls for fresh food very close, one at Plaza de la Encarnación and the other in the opposite direction, in Calle Feria, both at 5 min walking distance.
The comercial centre with the streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Valezquez is at about 12 minutes walking distance.

EAT AND DRINK:
A must-see: the oldest tapas bar of Seville El Rinconcíllo, only a few meters from the apartment. Afterwards and just next door, we recommend for the second and third tapa: La Giganta.
Around the nearby Alameda de Hercules you can find a wide range of bars, cafés and restaurants.

PARKING:
The next parking is at the edge of Santa Angela street with Plaza San Pedro (3 min).
If you can find a place, you can also park on one of the surrounding streets, for free.
