This flat gives the impression of being somewhere private, hidden and quiet, yet, it is 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and 5 minutes walk from the Town Hall of Seville. Perfect for 1 couple. The attic also for two couples, using the sofa-bed in the living room. Non-smoking. Not infant or kid-friendly.

Comfortable and quality accommodation

Large windows giving on to Calle Cuna, especially ideal during Holy Week, providing an ideal, private vista of the pasos on their way to and from the Cathedral. The first floor balcony is eye level with the figures of Christ and the Virgin as they are carried through on floats.

SHOPPING:
Plenty of shops are located in the surrounding streets. The comercial center with the main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is at 1 min walking distance.
The next supermarkets are on Plaza Alfalfa or in Cuesta del Rosario street.

EAT AND DRINK:
The Bar Europa is at Plaza del Pan, right behind the Salvador church, recommended for having some tapas.
At less than 100 meters, the Salvador square is the place to meet Seville while enjoying the late afternoon and traditional “aperitivo”.

PARKING:
The next car park is in Albareda street, next to Plaza Nueva, approx. 15€/24h. Or the one in c/ Santa Ángela de la Cruz, edge with c/ Imagen, approx. 18€/24h. Each at 10 min walking distance from the apartment. The apartment itself cannot be reached by car, as it is in a pedestrian area. Closest access points: Plaza del Salvador or calle Laraña.

Seasonal adjustments

Semana Santa and Feria weeks:
Attic: 150 (200) Euros per day 2 (4) pax. 950 (1300) Euros per week 2 (4) pax.

Minimum stay

3 nights (4 nights for Semana Santa, Feria and Christmas)

Prices include water and electricity.
Cleaning service during your stay available, on request.

Reservation deposit

20% of total amount.

Security Deposit

Apartment Cuna #1 (1BR): On arrival, the remaining balance (80%) of the rent is due, plus a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 150 Euros. The security deposit will be refunded when you return the apartment keys, provided that there is no damage.
