A place as no other
The Corral del Conde is the largest and most beautiful patio de vecinos (common courtyard) in the city of Seville.
It is an historic housing complex from the 16th century, which at one time provided modest housing arrangements for the lower class.
The living areas were smaller, and tenants made use of the large common patio for cooking an washing.
The building has been the scene of several films where a typical and historic setting was required.

Live in a peaceful community
We rent 9 flats in the corral, which houses approximately 100 flats in total.
The atmosphere is quiet, with the character of a small village, and at the same time offers the convenience of a location in the historic center of Seville.
The Cathedral and other major monuments are about 10 minutes walking distance.

Make your choice between different standards
There are four 1-bedroom apartments, completely reformed and five small studio apartments without a separate bedroom, still preserving the authentic floor and design.
The accommodation is simple, but fully equipped with kitchenette and washing machine.

Ideal for escaping from day-to-day life
Each apartment has its own outdoor sitting area, with a table and seats, ready to enjoy the patio atmosphere if you have good weather.

Relax in an inner city oasis
The building features one of the most charming courtyards in Seville, with palm trees, banana plants, flowers, a small chapelle and fountain.

Observations
These apartments are in a unique location in Seville, a famous
patio de vecinos "Corral del Conde", which is an complex of two-floor houses around a large common courtyard.
The building dates back to the 16th century and is an officially protected historic building
(Patrimonio Histórico-Cultural).
The ambience is very quiet and peaceful, with sounds of birds and the water fountain.
The building offers an atmosphere of a small village, with the advantage of being in the center of Seville.
The plants and courtyard grounds are well cared for by the
corral’s own private gardener.
Very safe, with the presence of a building administrator. Most other tenants rent the apartments for the special atmosphere.
Please do not consider this apartment if you are likely to cause noise.
The Corral del Conde is located in between the Santa Cruz, Macarena, and El Centro neighborhoods.
All the major monuments are within a reasonable walking distance.
SHOPPING:
In approximately 4 minutes walking distance you can reach the Recaredo street or Avenida Menendez Pelayo, parts of the city ring road. Here you can find supermarkets and shops for almost any needs.
The commercial center, featuring the pedestrian shopping streets Sierpes and Tetuan, is at about 10 minutes walking distance.
EAT AND DRINK:
The oldest tapas bar of Seville,
El Rincóncillo
is just at the end of Santiago street behind the Santa Catalina church. Next door, in the Plaza de los Terceros, we recommend
La Giganta
and other tapas bars.
PARKING:
The closest parking is located on Escuelas Pias street next to the Santa Catalina church, approx. 19€/24h. A free parking lot is just in front of the garage entrance, although it is very difficult to find a free parking space.
The best moment to find a parking on the street in Seville is during the weekends, or between 14:00 and 16:00, when people are having lunch.
