Observations

This apartment is in a unique location in Seville, the famous patio de vecinos "Corral del Conde", which is an agglomeration of two-floor-houses around a large common courtyard. It dates back to the 16th century and is considered Patrimonio Histórico-Cultural. The ambience is very quiet and peaceful, and makes you feel like in a small village, even though you are in the center of Seville. The only noise you can hear is the birds and water of the fountain. The plants of the courtyard are well cared for by a gardener. Very safe, with the presence of an administrator. Most other tenants rent the apartments for the special atmosphere. Please do not consider this apartment, if you are likely to cause noise.

The Corral del Conde is located in between Santa Cruz, Macarena, and El Centro neigborhoods. All the major monuments are within a reasonable walking distance.
