The Constitución apartments form a set of 7 holiday flats centrally located next to the Cathedral. The building is composed of 6 studios, plus an exclusive 3-level apartment with private terrace. All of the apartments, airy and bright, were completely refurbished in 2011 and are decorated in a modern style.

Equipped for self-catering

All of the studio apartments, ideal for couples or individual travellers, have twin beds and, apart from no.6, a sofa-bed for any additional guests. The 3-level apartment (no.7), featuring two large private terraces, is suitable for families and groups of up to 6 people. The open-plan kitchenette is small but well equipped with new utensils and appliances for self-catering.

Relax

All rooms overlook the Avenida de la Constitución, which runs alongside the Cathedral and the Alcázar Royal Palace. The apartments have aluminium double-glazed windows to shut out exterior sounds whenever you want, hot/cold air-conditioning and free wi-fi internet. The apartment building has an elevator.

Deposit for reservation

20% of the total amount.

Security Deposit

On arrival, the remaining balance (80%) of the rent is due, plus a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 100 Euros. The security deposit will be refunded when you return the apartment keys, provided that there is no damage.
