Attractive location

The Coloniales is located in a building in Plaza Cristo de Burgos, which is at a few minutes walking from the commercial center of Seville. There is a well known tapas bar in one edge of the square, which gave the name to the apartment.

Thoughtfully equipped studio-apartment

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with elevator. A double bed, kitchenette and dining table are in the same room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and washing machine. If you want to use the kitchen for cooking, you can buy the ingredients at the Plaza de Encarnación Food Market, which is 2 min away.

Quiet

The living-room windows go to an interior courtyard which is very quiet. At the same time the three large windows give lots of natural light to the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The owner of this apartment is living in Italy and is using it at times for hollidays in Seville. Therefore, even though this studio is very reduced in size, a convenient equipment for self-catering is guaranteed.

Observations

SHOPPING:
The next supermarket is on the Plaza Padre Jerónimo de Cordoba, behind the Santa Catalina church. A market hall is on the Plaza de la Encarnación, at 5 min walking distance.
The comercial center with the streest Sierpes, Tetuan and Valezquez ist also at 5 min distance.

EAT AND DRINK:
You can start your tapas tour at : Coloniales, at Plaza Cristo de Burgos.
A must-see: the oldest tapas bar of Seville El Rinconcíllo, only a few meters from the apartment. Afterwards and just next door, we recommend for the second and third tapa: La Giganta.

PARKING:
The next parking is in Escuelas Pias street, next to the Santa Catalina church, 4 min walking distance from the apartment. Another one close by is at the edge of Santa Angela street with Plaza San Pedro (3 min).
If you can find a place, you can also park on one of the surrounding streets, for free.
