The apartment CHAKIB is located in calle Feria, the main street of the Macarena neighbourhood. The apartment is one open space, its floor covered with terracotta tiles from Tetuan, the ceiling 150 years old, completely refurbished in 2002. Located on the first floor, without elevator.

A typical Sevillian balcony facing the calle Feria, with its iron bars from the ground to the ceiling, wide enough to take a seat and watch the afternoon go by. In spring time the fragrance of the orange blossom invades the house.
The furniture like the trunk in the photo and table come from the antique dealer who each Thursday is in the traditional flea market in calle Feria.

Bedroom with double bed (1,30x1,90m) and wardrobe, lovingly decorated with material flowers from a flamenco dress. Window towards an internal patio. The wall of solid brick is about 60cm thick, maintaining the in-room temperature. These buildings are warm in winter and cool in summer.
