The apartments Mariano de Cavia are located between the town hall and the bull ring. These new and modernly furnished apartments are an ideal starting point for your city visit. The building consists of 3 studios and 3 one-bedroom apartments.

The rooms are bright and have a relaxing atmosphere. A Sofa-couch, kitchenette and dining table are in the living room.
3 duplex-apartments and 3 studios
The apartments #2 and #4 have a double bed, #1 has twin beds. The studios #3 and #6 come with double bed, #5 with a double sofa-bed and private terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Enjoy views and sun
In the photo is the terrace of studio-apartment #5. Apartment #4 has views of the cathedral from both the bedroom and living room.

Observations
Located in the Arenal neigborhood in the center of Seville, between the town hall and the bullring. This area is well known for its many tapas bars and small restaurants.The 1-bedroom-apartments are two level apartments, connected by an internal stairway. The studio-apartments are on one floor, except the nr. 5 apartment, which has a private terrace connected to the apartment by a stairway.
SHOPPING:
The apartments are a short distance from the main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan, Velazquez. The location is behind the Plaza Nueva and the town hall. The closest supermarket is in the EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping center in Plaza de la Magdalena.
EAT AND DRINK:
The Arenal quarter is famous for its endless number of tapas bars and restaurants. For example the Bodeguita Romero and Restaurante La Isla, famous for its seafood.
PARKING:
The closest public parkings are located in Pastor y Landero street or in Albareda street (next to Plaza Nueva). Please note because of many one-way streets it is difficult to drive in the old town. We recommend a GPS navigation system or a good map. Direct access to the apartment entrance is not possible by car because it is located on a pedestrian only street. The closest point is Harinas street at the back of the building.
