Privileged situation

The Catedral apartments are located just in front of the Puerta del Perdón, the gate which leads to the main patio of the Cathedral. The apartments have spectacular views of the Cathedral of Seville, as if you were sitting in a theatre. The apartments are located on calle Alemanes, a commercial and cosmopolitan street with restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and international press. The location is next to the Giralda, and only few meters from the Alcazar, Indian Archives and the picturesque Santa Cruz neighborhood.

Breathtaking views

The photos show the views from the living-room and terrace of the "Duplex" apartment, which is located on the third and fourth floor of the house. The distance is between the apartment and the Cathedral is only 30 m with no other buildings to obstruct the view of Seville’s most famous monument.

High quality accommodation

There are two studio apartments (2-3 persons) on the first and second floor, as well as the duplex-apartment (4-6 persons), on the third/fourth floor. The furnishings and interiors of the apartments correspond to the superb location, with an elegant and subtle decoration.

Comfort and space in the heart of the city

The apartments and the building were completely reformed in year 2005. The size per floor is 60 m2 for the two studios, and 100 m2 for the duplex. The duplex has a private stairway connecting the third and fourth floors.

Observations

SHOPPING:
On the same Alemanes street you can find souvenirs and international press. A few minutes away, starting at Plaza Nueva, there is the commercial center of Seville surrounding the pedestrian streets of Sierpes and Velazquez-Tetuán.

EAT AND DRINK:
Just around the corner on calle Placentines is Robles Placentines, a restaurant with a long family tradition in Seville, having passed from generation to generation. On the same street of the apartment you will find the recently opened and modern establishment "Japo", featuring Asian dishes from many countries. “Japo” is one of three restaurants which belong to the five-star "EME" hotel, all of which are open to the public.

PARKING:
There is a car park on calle Albareda, next to Plaza Nueva.

Other services/cost

Prices include VAT, water and electricity.
During your stay you can request an optional cleaning service for 10 Euros /hour. (Final cleaning is included.)
For late arrival (after 20 pm), a supplement of 20 Euros applies. (For late arrivals at the airport or train station, we organize a shuttle service for 40 Euros, which includes the transport for up to 4 persons and opening of the apartment.)

Reservation and Security Deposit

The RESERVATION DEPOSIT is 50% of the total price. Find methods of payment on top left.

On arrival, the remaining balance (50%) of the rent is due, plus a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 100 Euros for the studios (200 Euros for the duplex). The security deposit will be refunded when you return the apartment keys, provided that there is no damage. (The security deposit may be higher for stays of longer than one week.)
