Elegant vacation rental town-house with a split-level terrace located right in front of La Giralda: iconic bell tower of Seville’s cathedral. The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and can accommodate up to eight. The ground floor has a traditional Sevillian patio with a seating area, plants and a tiled fountain. Arranged over 4 levels, with elevator, "Catedral Terrace" offers stunning views over the largest Gothic church in the world. The private terrace offers an unrivalled view of the Cathedral and Giralda tower.

4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

There are two bedrooms with double bed on the second floor, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the third floor is bedroom nº3 with a double bed and next there is a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, just off the patio is bedroom nº4 with two single beds (one stored underneath the other) and en-suite bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes to store your belongings. The two bedrooms on the second floor have balcony views of the Cathedral.

Equipped for self-catering

The well-equipped modern kitchen and living room are on the first floor. The kitchen is completed with oven and provides all utensils and appliances for sel-catering. The spacious living room provides plenty of seating with sofa and 2 armchairs and includes a dining table with chairs. A traditional Sevillian cierro window lets in plenty of light and looks out towards the Cathedral.

On the third floor is the entrance to the lower terrace, furnished with table, chairs and canopy. Wrought iron circular stairs lead from the lower to the upper two terraces. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and iron board.

SHOPPING:
The commercial center with the street Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez are approximately 5 minutes walking distance. Here you will find shops for almost any need.

EAT AND DRINK:
Jeff Spielvogel recommends the Bodeguita Romero, a few minutes away in the El Arenal quarter. This quarter of the old town is famous for its endless number of restaurants and tapas bars.

PARKING:
We recommend the underground parking at Puerta de Jerez and is about 5-8 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
