The photos below show an apartment situated in the ground floor. This apartment/house does not correspond to the "Santa Catalina" description on the Santa Catalina apartment site. We have included this location recently in our offer, and named it "Santa Catalina III", because it is only a minute away from the "Santa Catalina I" apartment. Main differences: Santa Catalina III has one full bathroom instead of two. Santa Catalina I has a two level terrace while Santa Catalina III has a private patio and a communal swimming pool in the top terrace of the building.
