We have included this location recently in our offer, and named it "Santa Catalina II", because only one block away from the "Santa Catalina I" apartment. The pricing is the same, for both. Main differences: Nr. "I" has two bathrooms, nr. "II" only one (with shower, no bath tub). Nr. "I" for 4 persons max., nr. "II" with additional sofa-bed, for up to 6 persons. Note that at the house "Santa Catalina II", each room is on a different floor, and that the rooms are not separated from the stairway. Therefore, this apartment is ideal for families, or where privacy is less important.
